For those of you who haven't done this before, polling day is really something special. It is going to be the most amazing and chaotic day you've ever experienced! We need to get out and talk to thousands and thousands of Labour voters to make sure they get out and vote. We know the Tories always turn out on the day, but our voters take some prodding and pushing. If we get high turnout of Labour voters, we can win Bury North. If we don't, we will lose. All of this comes down to how many doors we can knock on on the day. That's where YOU come in!
Our office will be open from 9.30am until 9.30pm. We will be out knocking on doors non-stop throughout the day right up until polls close, with the last teams going out at 8.30pm. If you're from outside Bury North, come to the campaign HQ and we'll brief you and send you out from here.
All campaigning will be directed from the Office in the morning and everyone who can help between 9.30 and 12.30 should come here. Other campaign offices will open in the afternoon and local members in those areas will be directed there by their ward champions. We're asking all volunteers from outside Bury North to come to the campaign HQ throughout the day and from here we'll send you out to the places you're needed the most.
